Room4u offers affordable extra living space without the need for that addition on the home. Cabins are built to the current New Zealand Building Code by trained qualified staff that have been building for over 10 years. We can custom build a cabin if the layout is not suitable, installing a shower, toilet or sink etc to make a complete self contained flat /cabin for an extra cost.
Our cabins are 100% New Zealand made using quality New Zealand timber and materials with a warranty and electrical certificate. Designed for local conditions all our portable cabins are functional and practical, fully insulated and double-glazed to keep you comfortable, warm and dry throughout the seasons. Lead time for cabin build is 6-8 weeks utilising all new products, materials and hardware. Our cabins can also be custom painted to match your existing house or building.
